In the context of spreading awareness of the importance of financial management and as part of its interest in serving the local community, Bank of Jordan participated in the lecture held by the INNER WHEEL Petra Club entitled “Personal Financial Planning” at the St. Regis Amman on January 20, 2020, in which was given by the financial advisor Suhrab Rakad Owais, CEO of Excel for Financial Investments Company, a fully owned company by the Bank, operates in the field of financial brokerage.

A set of concepts and models were highlighted about personal financial planning, such as the basis for arranging and stabilizing personal conditions for individuals and families, which is considered a prerequisite for planning investment and wealth.

Also many ideas were explained about how to plan the personal budget of the individual or the family according to their necessary needs, through desires, up to saving, and then investment, as well as many other topics focused on planning the strategy of the investments, the available investment tools, the degree of risk and returns on them, and the most important rules of investment.

It is worth noting that Bank of Jordan’s participation in the lecture comes within the framework of its relentless endeavor to spread awareness of the importance of financial management among the various segments of the society. It also align with 5the Bank’s strategies aimed at supporting the community and promoting the culture of investment.
